Order and Payment

Click on your preferred product and review the product details.

Click Add to Cart.
Proceed to the Checkout page and choose your delivery method and enter your contact details, complete delivery address, and preferred payment method.
Once you’re all set, submit your order to finalize your purchase.
We’ll send a confirmation email with your order summary, reference number and delivery details.

You can pay online through Bank Transfer, Credit / Debit Card, BPI Online, GCash, Over-the-Counter, Payments, Online Bills Payments, BancNet, Paypal (Visa, Mastercard), GrabPay, and UBP Online.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver to METRO MANILA (EXCEPT NORTH CALOOCAN) only.

Orders made by 2PM from Mondays to Fridays, and get it delivered to you within the same day. Orders from 2:01PM onwards are processed the next day.

Proof of order confirmation

Valid ID with photo and signature.

If you won’t be able to personally accept your order, you can authorize someone else to receive it. Please provide the following.

Signed authorization letter from cardholder
Clear copy of cardholder’s valid ID with photo and signature
Clear copy of representative’s valid ID with photo and signature

Shipping fees vary per total purchase amount:

No need to worry. We will reschedule the delivery.

Take note that we will make a maximum of 3 attempts to deliver your order. The 3rd attempt will cost an additional shipping fee.

Return, Refund and Exchange

If your order has not been packed or shipped, you may still cancel it. Send us an email with your order number at customercare.kobeyamart@gmail.com or call our hotline (02) 8251-3625 immediately.

We only accept returned products for the reasons below:

Wrong delivered item
Defective item
Damaged item

We’re sorry for this issue. Please report the damaged (physical damage, dents, scratches) or wrong item within 24 hours to our customer service team at (02) 8251-3625. Also send a photo of the physical appearance of the product and packaging box to customercare.kobeyamart@gmail.com.

Send us an email with your order number at customercare.kobeymart@gmail.com or call our hotline 8251-3625. Our customer service representative will look into it and have the missing item delivered at the earliest convenience.

Processing for refund will be within 5-14 business working days after the refund request has been verified.
