Return, Refund and Exchange

If your order has not been packed or shipped, you may still cancel it. Send us an email with your order number at customercare.kobeyamart@gmail.com or call our hotline (02) 8251-3625 immediately.

We only accept returned products for the reasons below:

Wrong delivered item
Defective item
Damaged item

We’re sorry for this issue. Please report the damaged (physical damage, dents, scratches) or wrong item within 24 hours to our customer service team at (02) 8251-3625. Also send a photo of the physical appearance of the product and packaging box to customercare.kobeyamart@gmail.com.

Send us an email with your order number at customercare.kobeymart@gmail.com or call our hotline 8251-3625. Our customer service representative will look into it and have the missing item delivered at the earliest convenience.

Processing for refund will be within 5-14 business working days after the refund request has been verified.
