Serves 2-3.

  1. Defrost the Um-Mami Gyoza Original 15-pcs
  2. Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  3. When the pan is hot, place the gyoza in a single layer, flat side down in a circular shape (or place them in two columns).
  4. Cook until the bottom of the gyoza turns golden brown (about 3 minutes)
  5. Add water to the pan. Immediately cover with a lid and steam the gyoza for about 3 minutes or until most of the water evaporates.
  6. Add 1 tsp of the Rayu Sesame Oil around the frying pan for spice, or any sesame oil.
  7. Cook uncovered until gyoza is nice and crips on the bottom.
  8. Transfer to a plate and serve with the Daisho Gyoza Sauce.
